Houses in Spain

Since the year 2000, for many new houses in Spain, it is a requirement to obtain a 10 year guarantee by a national insurance company.

The guarantee is only available if the construction has been supervised by the O.C.T. (Organismo de Control Tecnico). STYRO STONE is fully accepted to the required standards, by having the approval 'informe D2' of the ICIT which forms part of the OCT.
